Draft Guidance for REACH Released Last Week
On June 7, the European Chemicals Bureau released draft final guidance on data rules for REACH legislation for comment. This guidance is meant to give industry an indication of the requirements and steps companies should take for complying with the rule. The Bureau recently released final guidance and other documents related to REACH as well.
